Say your vows and celebrate your reception without ever leaving the water’s edge — we host both your ceremony and your wedding breakfast on-site, for up to 150 guests, so there’s no rushing between venues on the biggest day of your life.
Your Ceremony
Our team is happy to talk through every option for your ceremony, depending on your guest numbers and preferences. Civil ceremonies and civil partnerships can take place in our stunning, light-filled restaurant.
Alternatively, say your vows outdoors on our beautiful rooftop balcony or beach-side terrace. For couples planning a Catholic ceremony, Killea Church — our local parish church in Dunmore East — is just a two-minute drive from the venue.

Your Stay
Stay at The Strand Inn, or take over The Butterfly Cottage right next door — a delightful end-terrace cottage just seconds from the beach, with a welcoming sitting area, fully-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. A wonderful base for the bridal party, family or friends.
Our sea-view rooms at The Strand Inn boast panoramic views over Dunmore East — luxuriously and individually designed, all with king-size beds and private terraces.
After Party
Keep the party going with live music or a DJ in our back bar. Enjoy crisp pints and take over the dance floor with family and friends — our bar service runs until 2am. To finish the night on a high note, enjoy light bites like sausage blaas, chicken goujons, or cheese & onion crisps.
Day 2
The celebrations don’t have to end. Enjoy a delicious BBQ on our terrace — burgers, sausages, ribs and more — with beautiful sea views from our heated, covered side and front terraces. Feel free to book your own music, or get in touch to arrange a live artist or DJ.
