village of Dunmore East, in the southeast of Ireland. The hotel itself
has been here for close to 300 years, its roots extend back to the
17th and 18th century when it was a notorious haunt of smugglers,
but for the last 35 of these it has been run by the Foyle family.
Over that time it has built up a reputation as one of Ireland finest
